Instructions for presentations​

Oral presentation

In the presentations, English is the designated language. Each oral presentation is allotted approximately 10 minutes, with the final 2 minutes designated for questions and discussions.

Presenters are expected to arrive in the session room at least 10 minutes before the conference commences, where they should check in with the session chair or staff.

PPT presentations to be used during the session should be uploaded to the designated computers in the respective breakout rooms during the break preceding the session's commencement.

Presenters are strongly encouraged to verify the correct display of formulas and animations when uploading their files.

Poster

The poster dimensions for the conference should be 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height), in portrait format.(example)。

Posters should be displayed during the specific poster session of the conference. Authors are invited to stand by their posters during each conference break and must be present at their poster during the designated poster session.



Please prepare a brief explanation that you can periodically provide to the audience gathered around your poster stand throughout the poster session. If possible, co-authors may attend the conference to assist with explanations and discussions.

At least one poster author must be fully registered to be eligible for poster presentation. A fully registered participant is only allowed to present one poster.
